LuminAID Shipping Options

Shipping Policy

We work hard to process orders as quickly as we can -- typically within 2 business days. Please note that expected shipping times do not include processing time. Pre-orders ship on the deadlines specified.

FedEx 2-day and FedEx Overnight orders placed before 12PM CST will be shipped the following business day. 

FedEx Ground and USPS orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Standard shipping (USPS) within the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) is 3-5 days.

Orders which include back-order or pre-order items will ship as soon as these products are available. If you ordered a combination of regular items and back-order/pre-order items, please email us at orders@luminaid.com and we can ship your items separately. 

If customer requests shipment to an incorrect or invalid address, or for international shipments fails to pick up their package from customs, we reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee.

International Shipping

We offer shipping to over 60 countries. Check out our International Shipping page for more information. 

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Please reach out to your Customs office for specific information on duties, taxes and restricted items.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order online with the link provided in the email. For any questions or concerns, emailorders@luminaid.com and our customer support team would be happy to help you.

Shipping Rates

We do our best to offer the lowest rates possible to our customers. All shipping prices will be calculated at checkout based on the carrier rates we are charged. Expected shipping time is also available at checkout. Please note that expected shipping time at checkout does not include processing time.

Return Policy

We offer a full refund for orders placed on luminaid.com within 30 days of purchase. Submit a return request here if you would like to return your lights for any reason. At this time, shipping costs are non-refundable and a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We do our best to respond to inquiries within 1-2 business days -- we’ll get back to you soon!

Domestic Warranty Policy

We strive to create high-quality products for all of our customers. In the unlikely event that you are experiencing any difficulty with your product, just let us know! We honor a 1-year full warranty for all of our products, and can send you a replacement right away. Simply put, we always want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied.

This warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction arising from misuse, improper maintenance, negligence, normal wear and tear, or accident. This warranty applies only to the original purchasers and proof of purchase is required.

LuminAID reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with a new product of comparable value and function, or to provide store credit in the amount of the original posted price on LuminAID.com in US dollars. 

International Warranty Policy

Our international replacement policy also includes a 1-year full warranty. We reserve the right to provide store credit in the amount of the original posted price on LuminAID.com for any international replacement requests.  If a replacement shipment is specifically requested, we do have to request a fee of $15 ($10 for Canadian replacements) for processing and shipping costs.

Canada Shipping

We offer multiple shipping options to Canada including, standard shipping and FedEx International Priority. Enter your shipping address at checkout to view your options. Customer is responsible for any taxes or duties applied.

US Sales Tax

Customers living in Texas and Illinois will have to pay their respective state sales tax, but all other US customers will not be charged sales tax.

International Taxes and Duties

Customer is responsible for any taxes or duties applied. International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes of the destination country. The exact amounts vary with the value of goods, duty and tax rates, and other fees assessed by the local customs office. While we can't provide you the exact breakdown of the fees, please reference our duty rate page to estimate your potential costs. Note that rates may change periodically and may not be updated real-time on this page.
