Happy National Inventors' Day! To celebrate, we want to share LuminAID’s recent segment on The Henry Ford’s Innovation Nation with Mo Rocca. Our founders, Anna and Andrea, were featured on the show and discussed the innovation behind LuminAID's solar inflatable lanterns: as a way to provide a reliable light source to victims of the 2010 earthquake in Haiti. Since then, we’ve worked on disaster relief missions in over 100 countries. Anna and Andrea also discussed how LuminAID got its name, and showed off some of our lanterns!
